ADVANCED PROGRAM
The #TRAINLIKEYOURTRAINER program is the program that I use throughout the year. I push myself to the limits constantly to ensure my clients get the best training.
This program is for the individual who has at least 2 years of weight and mobility training. This program is NOT for someone who is new in the gym
